Experience and qualifications

Discover the depth of my experience and the qualifications that make me a strong candidate for the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee. My commitment to our community is reflected in every endeavor.

Making a real difference

My master's degree in business administration and experience allowed me to work with Motorola Solutions to procure advanced body cameras and in-car cameras for law enforcement officers, which they still use today. This initiative significantly enhanced safety and accountability within our community, demonstrating my ability to bring impactful technological solutions to fruition.

Core attributes of a leader

The key attributes of a leader are integrity, transparency, vision, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to leading by example. These are the principles that guide my work and my dedication to serving the Nez Perce community. I believe these qualities are crucial for effective leadership within the Tribal Executive Committee.

Proud accomplishments

I am proud of the relationships I built with our vendors, the procurement of advanced technology for law enforcement, and my commitment to complying with all federal, state, and tribal requirements. These accomplishments reflect my dedication to progress, effective resource management, and adherence to essential regulations for the benefit of the Nez Perce people.

Academic Achievements

My pursuit of higher education began at Little Big Horn College, where I earned an Associate of Arts degree in Information Systems. Building upon this foundation, I continued my studies at Rocky Mountain College, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. My academic journey then led me to Central Washington University, where I completed 66 credits in a graduate program focused on Natural Resource Management. Furthering my education, I attended the University of Idaho and received a Master of Business Administration in May of 2020.
